The Western Maryland region has a new ambassador to go with being a new region. Nathan Blatchley is a local boater who has been paddling the streams and rivers of the region since 1990.
He can generally be found either guiding on the ASCI course, or bouncing down one of the regions great Class III-IV creeks and rivers. He is the President of the newly formed Yough Paddling Club, and organizer of several local whitewater events.
