Charlie came to WV in the summer of 2008 to work as a video boater on the New River Gorge. Beginning to paddle in the mountains of Vermont, Charlie has fallen in love with the big water offered by the large rivers of Southern WV. Keep your eyes open for this curly haired fool goofin’ his way down the New and Gauley and rock hopin’ for the shot.
