I got in to whitewater kayaking in 2008 -completely by accident. Back then I was interested in learning how to roll and discovered that a whitewater kayaking class was the best place to learn. After taking the class, the beginner river trips sounded fun, and after the beginner trips I was addicted. Since then I’ve been on the river every chance I get.

I love my Jackson boats, can’t pick a favorite river, and I’m a sucker for dark beers.
