Well, the last few months have been a whirlwind of excitement and good ol’ fun!
After wrapping up a great season in British Columbia the crew headed to Ecuador with Endless Adventure International for a stacked season of trip guiding in some on some of the worlds best rivers all in a 2 hour drive radius.
Flows this year have been epic, after two seasons of low water the rain gods have delivered stout runs on a daily basis for an array of guests from Canada, the United States, Germany, and Japan.
For the past four years Chris Ryman has been training a group of youth from San Francisco de Borja, where Endless Adventure International is based. For more information on the crew check out this blog.
The Ecuador Youth Development kids are back at it on the river practicing skills and playing kayak polo and Bacas y Piranhas (a game similar to sharks and minnows). Stay tuned for pictures of their Christmas descent of the mighty Rio Borja
Lead Guide Chris Ryman has somehow found some time to write up a DIY back band instalment and Gear review guide on the kayak hot dogs blog.
Two go pro videos on the Rio Oyacatchi and Rio Piatua showcase the stunning scenery of the Ecuador kayaking available with Endless Adventure International
For more photos of the amazing kayaking offered up check out this facebook album.
Thanks for reading!
Stay tuned for available 2012 local pool sessions, kayak courses, and summer festival tour!
See you on the river,
Chris Ryman
